1112期末考試資訊&衝堂考登記公告
- 考試資訊 (含考試日期、時間及教室)
- 請至以下網頁路徑查詢：元智首頁→行政單位→教務處→學生專區→學期考試→期中/期末排考一覽表
- 考試週之前，授課老師仍可能會調整考試安排，請務必密切留意系所公告，並隨時查看個人PORTAL→考試課表。
- 授課教師亦可自個人PORTAL查詢授課科目之排考資料：個人PORTAL→教學檔案→考試課表。
- 考試科目如有衝堂者(含系內或跨系之衝堂)，請務必於受理時間內前往登記，以免影響應考權益。
- 衝堂考登記
- 受理登記日期：5/30(二)～6/1(四) (逾期恕不受理)
- 受理登記時間：09:00~16:30
- 登記地點：
- 跨系衝堂登記：一館二樓R1210教務處課務組
- 學系內衝堂登記：六館四樓R60404 李杏玉秘書（管院大學部辦公室）
- 注意事項：
- 衝堂登記前，請先查明課號、班別、課名，以利申請作業。
- 跨系衝堂考試登記前，請先確認衝堂科目是否有非筆試或照常上課的考試 (ex.上機考/聽力測驗/口試/繪圖/口頭報告)。
- 學系衝堂請逕至R60404管院大學部辦公室登記，管院衝堂登記逾期須服勞動服務一次(三小時)，依延遲時間將加倍處罰。
- 跨系衝堂考試教室：一館一樓1115R教室，管院衝堂考試教室：六館四樓60402R教室。
2023 Spring Semester Final Exam Announcement & Exam Conflict Request

- Before the exam week, instructors may change the date/time of the exam, please pay attention to the announcement by courses offering departments, and check your exam timetable at the portal at any time (PORTAL→ Exam Timetable).
- If you have two or more exams scheduled during the same period, please be sure to request a rescheduled exam during the following period and refer to the details below.
- Exam Conflict Request
- Period: 5/30(TUE) ~ 6/1(THU) (OVERDUE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)
- Office Hours: 09:00~16:30
- Where to Request:
- Interdepartmental Exams Conflicts: at the Curriculum Section, Office of Academic Affairs (Room 1210, Building 1)
- Exams Conflicts within Own Department: please contact your own department office (R60404, Building 6) to submit an exam conflict adjustment request.
- Requirements: Course Code, Class, and Course Name.
